Provide all children with strong TIER 1 instruction through comprehensive literacy using the Readers'/Writers Workshop model, English Language Development and comprehensive mathematics in English only and Bilingual  classrooms.
Provide English learners with solid ELD and Specially Designed Academic Instruction in English (SDAIE) supports
Provide intensive academic and behavioral interventions for Tier 2 and 3 students
Monitor student academic and emotional progress
Create a coherent and positive school climate
Partner with families & community to serve the whole child

Instructional coaching
Professional developement, focused on building teacher capacity to implement core initiatives
Release time for grade level teams & teachers
Wellness supports (social, emotional and physical)-consultancies,  SST process, wellness referrals
Distributed leadership (Instructional Leadership Team, School Site Council, grade level team leads, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
